Esha has 18 years of experience building businesses. She launched VC firm Entrepreneur First in India, backing 42 startups in three years. At Myntra, she drove 10X growth in Beauty, Personal Care, and Jewellery. Earlier, as CMO of Cloudnine, she expanded it from 1 to 15 centers nationwide.

An alumna of IIT Kanpur and Harvard Business School, she blends strategy with execution to scale ventures. For Esha, Furrl is the fusion of experience, passion, and impact—driving a global e-commerce disruption.

Ratikesh has over a decade of experience shaping the startup ecosystem. As VP of Engineering and a founding member at FloBiz, he built scalable platforms for 8M+ SMEs. Earlier, at Koinex, he led engineering for India’s largest crypto exchange, handling 400K+ traders and $265M+ in trading volume.

With a track record of leading high-performing teams, Ratikesh is now building Furrl into an innovation powerhouse, leveraging an asset-light GenAI platform to redefine e-commerce.

A champion of first-principles thinking and driven by impact, Shubham has led game-changing milestones. He played a key role in making Meesho the most downloaded app, managed 20% of its P&L, and helped establish Xiaomi as India’s leading smartphone brand by driving three product launches.

An alumnus of IIT and IIM with roots in management consulting, he now leads Furrl’s growth charter, steering it toward a new era of modern e-commerce disruption.
