1. Introduction and Applicability

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out the manner in which Kleosa Retail Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at 891, Embassy Pristine Apartment, 21, 6th Main, Iblur Village, Bellandur, Karnataka 560103 ("Furrl", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with its software applications made available through the Shopify platform, including but not limited to Furrl Onboard and Furrl Fashion Stylist (collectively, the "Apps"). By accessing our Platform, you acknowledge the acceptance of and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy.

This Policy applies exclusively to Merchants, businesses, or store owners who install and use the Apps through Shopify (each, a "Merchant" or "you"). It does not apply to end customers of the Merchant or any consumer-facing websites or mobile applications operated by Furrl outside the Shopify ecosystem.

2. Nature and Scope of Data Processed

2.1 Merchant and Business Data Only

The Apps are designed to process merchant-level and business-related information only. We do not collect, access, store, or process any personal data relating to the Merchant's end customers, including names, contact details, payment information, browsing behaviour, or purchase history attributable to identifiable individuals.

2.2 Relationship to Shopify

All information accessed by the Apps is obtained through Shopify APIs and strictly within the permissions and scopes explicitly authorised by the Merchant at the time of installation.

3. Categories of Information Collected

Subject to Merchant authorisation, we may collect and process:

3.1 Merchant and Store Information

• Legal or trade name of the business
• Store name and store URL
• Business contact details (business email and phone)
• Store settings, preferences, and configuration details
• App configuration and usage settings

3.2 Product and Catalog Information

• Product titles, descriptions, tags, categories, and variants
• Product images and visual assets uploaded by the Merchant
• Pricing, availability, and inventory-related metadata
• Catalog attributes required for styling and presentation

3.3 Analytics and Performance Data

Aggregated engagement metrics, feature usage statistics, and app performance/diagnostic data. All analytics data is processed in aggregated, non-identifiable form and is not linked to individual customers.

3.4 Cookies

Our Platform may use Cookies to identify the areas of the Platform you have visited. Cookies help personalise content, study traffic patterns, keep track of preferences, support security measures, and improve Platform performance. We never place Personally Identifiable Information in Cookies.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

The Furrl Fashion Stylist App uses automated and AI-based systems to analyse product attributes, curate and generate styled "Looks", generate visual representations, and produce performance insights. These systems operate solely on Merchant-provided product and store data and do not involve profiling, tracking, or analysis of identifiable end customers.

5. Purposes of Processing

We process information to:

• Enable onboarding, configuration, and integration of the Apps
• Provide AI-powered styling, visual generation, and catalog analysis
• Display styled product Looks on the Merchant's storefront
• Generate analytics and performance insights for the Merchant
• Monitor and improve App performance, security, and reliability
• Provide technical support and respond to Merchant inquiries
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

6. Disclosure and Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit Merchant information. We may disclose information to cloud providers, analytics/monitoring providers, AI/image-processing providers, or professional advisors where necessary. Such third parties act solely on our instructions and are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Access to Merchant data ceases immediately upon uninstallation. Data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within a commercially reasonable period following uninstallation, unless retention is required for legal obligations. Merchants may request deletion by contacting info@furrl.in.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards such as access controls, encryption, and secure infrastructure practices. While we strive to protect information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Merchant Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, Merchants may:

• Access and correct their information
• Withdraw consent by uninstalling the App
• Request deletion of their information
• Restrict certain processing activities (subject to App limitations)

10. Legal Basis and Compliance

This Policy is intended to comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.
