Job: Associate Product Manager
Description:

Responsibilities

We are building a stellar product management team at Furrl, and you will be part of an exciting journey of building the business from the early days. As a bonus, you will work directly with the founder on key product decisions.

1. Product and project management:

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of new features starting with meticulous documentation of requirements, ensuring the timely release of features, and establishing robust processes for ongoing performance monitoring and refinement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless product delivery.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.

  • Monitor product performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  •  Collaborate with design teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing product interfaces.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

2. Market Research:

  •  Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

  •  User obsession - constantly analyze user feedback and market data to contribute to product enhancement and innovation.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

  •  Communicate product updates, timelines, and expectations to internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with development, testing, business leadership, and partner teams to ensure that products meet defined standards in functionality, quality, performance, scalability, privacy, security, and usability.

  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure a cohesive understanding of product goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology - Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1-3 Years of experience in product management, product development.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into clear and actionable product specifications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
