Responsibilities
We are building a stellar product management team at Furrl, and you will be part of an exciting journey of building the business from the early days. As a bonus, you will work directly with the founder on key product decisions.
1. Product and project management:
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of new features starting with meticulous documentation of requirements, ensuring the timely release of features, and establishing robust processes for ongoing performance monitoring and refinement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless product delivery.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
Monitor product performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with design teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing product interfaces.
Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
2. Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
User obsession - constantly analyze user feedback and market data to contribute to product enhancement and innovation.
5. Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate product updates, timelines, and expectations to internal teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with development, testing, business leadership, and partner teams to ensure that products meet defined standards in functionality, quality, performance, scalability, privacy, security, and usability.
Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure a cohesive understanding of product goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Technology - Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 Years of experience in product management, product development.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into clear and actionable product specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
