What’s the role about?
This is a high-exposure, high-impact role working directly with the founder. As Growth Lead, you’ll drive the next wave of user and revenue growth at Furrl — across both acquisition and retention. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing a growth strategy that combines performance, product, content, and community-led levers.
What you’ll do:
User Acquisition:
Performance marketing: Lead acquisition across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms to meet target metrics, using a content-first approach.
Organic growth & SEO/ASO: own the complete funnel from strategy to execution.
- Referral & viral loops: Design referral programs and word-of-mouth mechanics that drive organic virality.
- Community: Drive creators, partnerships and community-led acquisition and growth.
2. User Retention:
- Activation: Improve early user experience to drive faster “aha” moments and personalization.
- Lifecycle journeys: Build lifecycle campaigns via CRM to drive daily/weekly engagement and retention.
3. Growth Analytics:
- Set up dashboards, define metrics, and extract insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate across product, tech, design, and marketing to execute growth initiatives.
- Build and mentor a lean growth team as we scale.

Who this is perfect for:
4–6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a hands-on growth role at a fast-scaling consumer startup (D2C, commerce, or social preferred).
High experiment and hustle mindset - you breathe ideas and are also detail-oriented enough to drive execution.
Strong grip on performance marketing and organic growth (SEO, content, ASO).
Analytical and data-obsessed — fluent in funnel metrics, user cohorts, LTV/CAC, etc.
Creative mindset — able to work with designers, brand and content to craft campaigns that convert. Growth today is all about content!
You’ve owned key growth charters in a fast-growing consumer brand.
