As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to elevate our acquisition and retention efforts across multiple channels — with Meta ads as the primary focus.
The Founder is an IIT Kanpur and Harvard Business School alum, who has built several businesses ground up within large and small organisations including ITC and Myntra. Most recently, she was Partner at Entrepreneur First, an early stage VC. The leadership team includes experienced folks from IIT and IIM.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will drive Furrl’s Meta ads execution while also experimenting with channels like Google Ads and email marketing. This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, optimize ROI, and shape multi-channel strategies as we grow our community of style-conscious women.

Develop and execute Meta ad strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze audience data to design hyper-targeted campaigns aligned with Furrl’s key segments.
Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and implement data-driven optimizations.
Collaborate with the content team to craft compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance and improve conversion rates.
Experiment with other channels (Google Ads, YouTube, email marketing) to discover new acquisition opportunities.
Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in Meta ads management, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or D2C.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for acquisition, retention, and ROI.
Creative flair for developing compelling ad copy and visuals aligned with brand aesthetics.
Experience in testing new channels (e.g., Google Ads, email) is a strong plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
