Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Create a strong, differentiated brand voice & identity that connects deeply with Gen Z & Millennials..
Track brand perception, consumer sentiment, and competitor moves—then use insights to refine our approach.
Content & Social Media Strategy
Lead end-to-end content planning—from content pillars to execution, ensuring every piece aligns with brand positioning.
Develop a high-impact social media strategy to grow our audience and deepen engagement.
Influencer & Community Marketing
Build and execute influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Own the creator partnership strategy—identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with trendsetters.
Data, Insights & Experimentation
Use market research and audience insights to shape content, campaigns, and brand decisions.
Monitor trends in the D2C, social media, and digital marketing space to keep Furrl ahead of the curve.
Consumer Engagement & Growth
Craft compelling customer communication strategies to increase retention and brand loyalty.
Work closely with the Growth team on brand collaborations, partnerships, and viral marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For
1-5 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or influencer marketing in a consumer-driven business (D2C experience is a plus!).
Experience in social media strategy, campaign planning, and content execution.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and audience psychology.
