Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Create a strong, differentiated brand voice & identity that connects deeply with Gen Z & Millennials..

  • Track brand perception, consumer sentiment, and competitor moves—then use insights to refine our approach.

Content & Social Media Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end content planning—from content pillars to execution, ensuring every piece aligns with brand positioning.

  • Develop a high-impact social media strategy to grow our audience and deepen engagement.

Influencer & Community Marketing

  • Build and execute influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.

  • Own the creator partnership strategy—identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with trendsetters.

Data, Insights & Experimentation

  • Use market research and audience insights to shape content, campaigns, and brand decisions.

  • Monitor trends in the D2C, social media, and digital marketing space to keep Furrl ahead of the curve.

Consumer Engagement & Growth

  • Craft compelling customer communication strategies to increase retention and brand loyalty.

  • Work closely with the Growth team on brand collaborations, partnerships, and viral marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-5 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or influencer marketing in a consumer-driven business (D2C experience is a plus!).

  • Experience in social media strategy, campaign planning, and content execution.

  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and audience psychology.
